Semi-Automatic Twin-Tub Washing Machine Gearbox

This is a straight-through pulsator shaft assembly for semi-automatic twin-tub washing machines without internal gears, designed with an integrated solid shaft. Speed reduction is realized externally via the diameter difference between the small motor pulley and the large driven pulley; the transmission shaft rotates synchronously with the pulley and pulsator, featuring low power loss and quiet operation. Equipped with built-in bearings for positioning and support, plus a waterproof mechanical seal, it prevents leakage of washing wastewater and stops vertical shaking of the pulsator. It only transmits power for the washing tub, while the spin tub is driven separately by an independent motor. With a simple and reliable structure, it avoids common faults such as broken gears and internal oil leakage; its main possible failures include worn bearings, leaking seals, splined shaft wear, and belt slipping, and it is matched for old-style semi-automatic twin-tub washing machines.
